1961 - 1978: State Union Tractor Research Institute (NATI), engineer, senior engineer, senior researcher, head of the laboratory of advanced engines, deputy head of the engine department.

1978-1986: Kama association for the production of heavy vehicles (JSC KAMAZ), head of the turbocharged engine department, deputy chief designer for engines.

1986-1988: Kama Tractor Plant (KamTZ) (Elabuga), general designer, director of the design and technological center.

1988-1989: Elabuga Automobile Plant ("ElAZ"), chief designer and deputy general director for development.

1989: Full Member of SAE - Society of Automotive Engineers USA

1989: organization of the Turbotekhnika research and production company (by order of the USSR Ministry of Automotive and Agricultural Engineering), an enterprise for the development, testing and production of turbocharger units and other systems and units of transport engines for various purposes. Creation on the basis of the enterprise of the branch of the department “Transport gas turbine engines” (Power plants for transport and small energy) of the Moscow Polytechnic.
